Mission

The Klarinote project

Klarinote was born from a simple idea: putting technology back at the service of the end user, at all costs. This is possible thanks to a team of just two developers, driven by a passion for learning.

I have been a student for most of my life, and I distinctly remember the satisfaction that learning and understanding something new always left me with. That feeling certainly guided me throughout my entire career as a student, right up to the end of university. A student's journey, however, is not without its pitfalls. On the contrary, the study path hides difficulties, that can be characterized, in my opinion in two categories: the study materials quality and organization, and how hard it is to practice deliberately. I would call the first part research and selection, and the second exercise. Both are fundamental and cannot be overlooked in any way.

The goal of this project is to simplify both of these steps, offering students a platform that allows them to improve their study experience, hoping to give every student the joy of learning something new. The first step is to simplify the user's first hurdle: organizing study materials. You can create organized, personal notes from any kind of source material; you can choose the language and the level of detail, and whether to include images or tables. We worked hard to guarantee generous limits and a level of customization that satisfies every type of student. The second part, even more ambitious, concerns practice and the method with which a student approaches the material. The introduction of guided study methods, review techniques, and ways to practice are just some of the features we want this site to achieve.

The challenges ahead of us are not few, but sharing that passion for learning pushes us to keep working, to make this project a tool that every student can be happy with. We are a very small team, and certainly not perfect, so your help is fundamental. If you have noticed a problem, or you would like a new feature, do not hesitate to contact us. You can reach us through the user menu, by clicking on send feedback.

Thank you,
